Network Operations and Support Center

Our state-of-the-art NOC (network operations center) is in NYC and maintains a direct connection to multiple tier 1 Internet backbones. The WanderPort NOC is powered by multiple, fully redundant application, database servers, and network head-end equpment, as well as advanced monitoring equipment that gives us a real-time snapshot of all of our deployed networks so we can proactively monitor events before they become user complaints and ultimately, network downtime.

Our NOC support center is also based in NYC with operation centers in California as well as abroad. Our agents are muti-lingual and are able to quickly access the details of your network, as well as the full suite of our monitoring tools. They also have the ability to dispatch an onsite technician 24/7/365, should this be deemed necessary to quickly resolve a local problem.
