The Wanderport Management Team

Joel Cohen, President and CEO:   Mr. Cohen is a former investment banker at Canaccord Capital, where he specialized in biotechnology financings. He has worked on numerous IPOs, private and public financings for various companies including Neurochem, Adherex, Bioniche, Diagnocure, Qbiogene and Aeterna successfully raising in excess of $100 million. Mr. Cohen has lectured in business valuation in the MBA program at McGill University. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Concordia University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Inder Arya, Director of Operations:   Prior to joining WanderPort, Mr. Arya had been involved in the investment brokerage business for the past 10 years.  He previously held the position of Investment Advisor in the Private Client Group at CIBC Wood Gundy (formerly Merrill Lynch Canada), where he focused on risk assessment and wealth management strategies.  Inder has provided consulting advice and was a seed capital investor in various high technology companies. He holds a B.A. from Concordia University.  Inder's primary responsibilities will include overall business development, international sales and marketing strategies.
